THE A.P.H.A. HUNTER CONSERVATION AWARD

This is also a new award that is to be presented annually by Mr. Robin and Mrs. Pauline Hurt to the Honorary Member of the APHA who has contributed the most towards the conservation of wildlife and its environment. The trophy is a beautiful solid silver giraffe modelled and cast by Mr. Patrick Mavros. This prize will be presented at the A.P.H.A.’s Annual Dinner. 

Entries to the competition may be made either by the Honorary Members themselves or on the recommendation of a Life Member of the Association. A brief description of the candidate’s conservation activities and achievements in Africa is required.
