THE ROBIN HURT AWARD FOR NON-DANGEROUS GAME

Sponsored by MR. JODY NEWELL, this award is for the BEST TROPHY OF NON-DANGEROUS GAME taken by the client of a full A.P.H.A member in the current calendar year.

THE TROPHY:  A beautiful skinning knife with a Damascus steel blade. It has a buffalo horn and buffalo bone handle. The APHA logo and motto are etched on the blade. On the handle is a blank metal plaque on which the winner can have his name etched. The sheath is made of buffalo hide. The knife and its sheath are in a fitted imbua case. On the top of the case is a metal plaque with these words inscribed:

African Professional Hunters Association
Robin Hurt Award for Dangerous Game, (date)

The knife and its accoutrements are designed by Jody Newell and John Sharp, and manufactured by Mackrill Custom Knives of South Africa.

THE RECIPIENT:  Must be a full A.P.H.A. member.

DEADLINE: December 31 for each calendar year.

ENTRIES: Must fill out the online APPLICATION FORM and submit the required additional information. 

SCORING: Will be based on PARAMETERS FOR TROPHY JUDGING
