Executive Officer with a check or money order in the amount of
$600 U.S. Your payment will not be deposited until you are
elected, and it will be returned if you are not elected.
Association Life
Members may nominate candidates for Foundation Life Memberships
(formerly known as "Honorary Members"), by contacting
the Executive Officer and donating
$1000 to the Foundation.
