HONORARY MEMBERS OF THE APHA

Full A.P.H.A. Life Members may nominate candidates for Honorary Life Membership.

Honorary Membership is NOT RESTRICTED to African hunters and PH's, nor does it indicate that they are a hunter or PH.

Any person, wherever situated, who has an interest in African big game hunting and who is concerned with the preservation of African fauna and flora may qualify for honorary membership. All candidates are subject to approval by the Board.

An Honorary Membership is $1,000 (USD) and is effective for life. All A.P.H.A members, honorary or otherwise, are bound by the same code of conduct.

To Apply:  The A.P.H.A. full member proposing an honorary member must

send either:

A letter to:      Mike Angelides
                                   APHA Executive Officer
                                   P.O. Box 4
                                   Arusha , Tanzania

                          or

An email to: executiveofficer@africanpha.org

            It must include:

-       Nominating full A.P.H.A. member(s) name(s)

-       Name of the candidate for honorary membership

-       Candidate’s contact information

-       A short description of what the candidate has accomplished in hunting and/or conservation and why they merit APHA honorary membership
